HR ADVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A FIXED TERM CONTRACT IN MANCHESTER
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £38-40k Per annum
Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months – Potential to perm role

Responsibilities For HR Advisor Role Role:
On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include (not exhaustive):
- Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced.
- Coaching line managers to build capability and promote ownership for managing their people and embedding a leadership framework.
- Advising and supporting on Employee Relations cases including attendance at hearings as appropriate.
- Supporting our reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time.
- Working alongside our resourcing team to support with all recruitment related activities
- Ensuring absence management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery.
- Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives
- Implementing new HR initiatives and working on various HR projects.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relations with our recognised trade union.
Requirements for HR Advisor Role:
To be successful in this role you should be a self-starting and independent professional with strong collaboration skills, be skilled in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Whilst a CIPD L5 qualification would be advantageous it is not essential. Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Advisor or similar role is required.
