I am partnering with my client who are looking to recruit an additional HR Advisor to their growing team. This is a true generalist role where you will work closely with the HR Business Partners in the following areas:

  • Providing first line HR support to Managers - resolving issues where possible and escalating where necessary
  • Supporting employees with a variety of HR related queries
  • Working closely with others in the team to support the attraction and retention of the best talent for the business
  • Supporting with onboarding, induction and right to work checks
  • Producing reports with analytics on the HR data, identifying trends and using data to inform decision making
  • Supporting Managers in facilitating learning activities for employees, monitoring expenditure and impact on performance
  • Managing sickness absence, liaising with occupational health as and when needed
  • Co-ordination of probationary review meetings
  • Note taking during HR meetings, producing invite and outcome letters
  • Working with the wider team to drive a variety of culture and engagement related initiatives
  • Liaising with marketing to create internal communications
  • Supporting the wider teams with a variety of projects such as policy updates, wellbeing and EDI
  • Support HRBPs on delivering educational campaigns on topics such as employment legislation, policy updates, wellbeing, EDI, ESG
