Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact in a growing company?

This dynamic Manchester-based business is continuing its impressive growth and is now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly team on a part-time, basis.

The Role

As the company’s go-to HR expert, you’ll take the lead on all things people... from day-to-day operations, administration and compliance, to employee engagement and culture.
This is a hands-on, standalone role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape processes, support managers, and champion a positive workplace environment.

What you'll be doing... 

  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Advise and support managers on HR best practice and employee relations.

  • Lead on employee engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives.

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding to create a seamless new starter experience.

  • Drive HR projects that enhance culture, retention, and team performance.

  • Manage and maintain the internal HR system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date and managing absences / holidays / probations 

About you...

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified 

  • Experienced in a generalist HR role with strong UK employment law knowledge.

  • Approachable, empathetic, and confident building relationships across the business.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Tech-savvy and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Full driving licence & own vehicle - you must be happy to base yourself across different sites (ALL MCR based)
