Join a leading commercial insurance company as an HR Services Associate, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Services team. Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in executing core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data management using the Workday system.
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure all employee records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Support the administration of benefits, including enrolment, changes, and enquiries.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating with HR, IT, and Facilities to ensure new hire setups are completed promptly.
- Manage offboarding processes, including processing final payments and ensuring systems are updated.
- Maintain accurate employee data within our systems, processing updates related to job changes and compensation.
- Respond to enquiries promptly, providing resolutions or escalating and following up as necessary.
- Provide guidance on self-service tools and assist employees with using the platform effectively for tasks such as updating personal information or accessing benefits.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and make recommendations for streamlining workflows.
- Support compliance with local regulations and company policy regarding HR processes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR process documentation.
- Support the HR Operations Director with reporting requests and ad-hoc data analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years in HR Administration or HR Coordination roles.
- Familiarity with HR Systems, particularly Workday.
- Proficient language skills, including French.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding, and Job Changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- A good understanding of GDPR.
