HR Business Partner – High-Growth Environment | Manchester

JGA are proud to be partnering with a dynamic, high-growth business on the lookout for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their evolving team in Manchester.

This is a broad, generalist HR role offering hands-on involvement across the full HR lifecycle, with the added buzz of working in a fast-moving, change-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping HR operations, leading on employee relations matters, and supporting strategic projects—including M&A integration.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across the business.
  • Manage ER cases with confidence, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal policies.
  • Support M&A activity through seamless HR process integration.
  • Drive initiatives across talent management, engagement, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and employee data.
  • Champion continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong grasp of UK employment law and end-to-end ER case management.
  • Exposure to M&A or change projects is a real plus.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
