Your New Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, and partnering with line managers to support their people requirements on a day-to-day basis. You will provide practical and commercial employee relations support and advice, manage HR systems, processes, and records, and deliver effective HR data and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee absence management and the grievance and disciplinary process, manage all aspects of recruitment, support learning and development initiatives, and manage the Occupational Health process to maximise attendance and wellbeing. This role will be office-based and mobile across all three main sites. This role is ideal for someone who wants to progress and enhance their skillset and develop there HR career. What You Will Need to Succeed

  • CIPD qualification
  • Significant experience in employee relations and employment law.
  • Expertise in process improvement.
  • Proficiency in HR systems.
  • Strong recruitment skills.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
