We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-focused HR Projects Specialist to step into a 12-month FTC, supporting the rollout of exciting new global HR systems and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a fast-paced, international organisation - with the flexibility of hybrid working and the backing of a supportive global team.

About the role:Based in Manchester, you'll work closely as part of the wider HR team, collaborating with stakeholders and teams both locally and globally. You'll be right at the heart of a key system implementation - a global rollout of new enterprise solutions. You'll be stepping in at a key moment - supporting the post-launch activities for the first module and actively preparing for the rollout of upcoming later this year.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in stakeholder collaboration and coordinating complex moving parts - think of it as a PMO-style position within HR. The role is Manchester based with occasional/adhoc travel when required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating activities and training logistics for modules
  • Helping drive HR project timelines, actions, and communications.
  • Facilitating workshops, capturing key actions, and ensuring follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Effectively track progress and share insights.
  • Presenting updates confidently in cross-functional team meetings.
  • Analyse and report on HR data tasks, collaborating with the wider team when required

What we're looking for:

  • A HR professional with proven project management skills
  • Experience supporting on HR system implementations
  • SAP experience is a big plus, but not essential.
  • Confident working with data - intermediate Excel skills are a must.
  • Great at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a global matrix organisation.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and ready to navigate change with a positive attitude.
