One of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers is looking for an enthusiastic Level 5 CIPD Learning Coach to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in shaping the next generation of HR and L&D professionals.



Duties

As an Level 5 CIPD Learning Coach, you'll play a key role in guiding and supporting apprentices through their professional journey. Your impact will be seen in every learner's growth and success.

You'll:

  • Coach and inspire apprentices to develop essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours for HR and L&D success.
  • Manage a caseload of around 40 learners on Level 3 and Level 5 Apprenticeships.
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions remotely (with occasional face-to-face sessions).
  • Host interactive knowledge-based webinars.
  • Mark diploma assignments and apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality and learner progress.
  • Observe practice, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones.
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team with regular virtual meetings and two in-person CPD events each year.




Essential:

  • Experience in HR, Learning & Development, or People Management.
  • A genuine passion for coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to balance priorities while delivering outstanding support.
  • A Level 5 CIPD People Professional qualification (or the willingness to work towards it).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transportation

Desirable:

  • A recognised Coaching or Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
  • Experience with government-funded training.
