Home based with travel to Leeds/Manchester/Leicester

Brilliant opportunity to join a market leading specialist, the People Advisor plays a pivotal role in the People Team to deliver best in class support the business. The role provides an invaluable, efficient and effective HR service delivering high-quality operational support, advice, and guidance, including advising and coaching line managers on the interpretation of policy and legislation in the context of their responsibilities when managing their teams, as well as assisting with a variety of challenging, generalist HR work aimed at supporting the business to achieve their goals.

You will be working in a similar position and be CIPD Level 3 or working towards level 5, this role would suit someone who can work at pace and with initiative and drive.
