Our client, a leading life sciences organisation renowned for innovation in dermatology, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to spearhead the growth of their aesthetics portfolio across the North West.

Key responsibilities:

  • Expand the aesthetics portfolio across key accounts and win new business within your territory
  • Implement strategic brand plans to boost sales, market share, and account development
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and forge new ones with clinic owners and key opinion leaders
  • Use industry insight to convert competitive accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to drive growth
  • Deliver tailored education plans and respond swiftly to client needs
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Share best practices across the Aesthetics Business Unit
  • Support the induction of new colleagues

What we're looking for:

  • Proven success in aesthetics, dermatology or pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong network in aesthetic clinics
  • Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to exceed KPIs
  • Confident engaging with clinic owners, practitioners, and KOLs
  • Ability to plan and deliver impactful, compliant training events
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
