Business Analyst - Government Experience Essential! - Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days)

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience working within Government settings?

We are seeking a Business Analyst on an initial 12 Month Contract at a daily rate of up to £425pd Inside IR35 to support a key programme focusing on various IT projects, including IT Telephony, VOIP and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert Business Analyst support across the programme's IT development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing for multiple IT project implementations, including IT Telephony and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimise processes.
  • Clearly articulate requirements to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Investigate business situations to define recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' analysis to drive meaningful change.
  • Review and refine policies surrounding IT systems and access permissions.

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a government environment is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct deep data analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge of IT Telephony, infrastructure, and IT project implementations.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
