What Does the Role Entail?
As a Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. You'll be actively generating leads and booking meetings, supported by high-quality leads from the wider team. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships, both direct and via a growing network, to maximise opportunities across a broad portfolio of commercial services. Alongside prospecting, you'll also take charge of client on-boarding and documentation, attending industry events, and keeping your knowledge of relevant products sharp and up to date.
What Skills Will You Have?
You'll bring B2B sales experience with a strong track record in developing and retaining client relationships. A natural communicator and relationship builder, you'll be trained in our client's specialist services. You'll need to be confident closing new business, self-motivated when booking meetings and making calls, and familiar with using sales systems and CRM tools. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
