Health and Safety Advisor

Norfolk

Manufacturing/Chemicals/Oil and Gas

Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce an H&S Advisor into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

This is an opportunity for a technically competent candidate to develop themselves to the next level whilst working in a strong and supportive H&S team.

You will:

  • Advise on all aspects of Operational safety
  • Incident, accident and near miss investigation.
  • Health & Safety Management system review and updates.
  • Advising on the performance of the management systems and delivering on opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting Emergency response training and competence.
  • Routinely demonstrating safety leadership and engagement at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Health & Safety experience gained within a high hazard, manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exposure to ISO systems
