Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality operational desktop and systems support to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat.

Log, track, and prioritise incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

Escalate complex issues to internal teams and maintain a centralised knowledge base.

Collaborate with the service delivery team to improve ITSM processes.

Contribute to service rollouts and implementations.

Travel to other sites as required for technical assistance.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Azure.

Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Services (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Configuration Manager, SQL Server).

Familiarity with ITIL principles.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Solid communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.

Experience with scripting technologies (PowerShell, PowerApps) is desirable.
