Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality operational desktop and systems support to end-users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat.

  • Log, track, and prioritise incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and maintain a centralised knowledge base.

  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to improve ITSM processes.

  • Contribute to service rollouts and implementations.

  • Travel to other sites as required for technical assistance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Azure.

  • Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Services (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Configuration Manager, SQL Server).

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.

  • Experience with scripting technologies (PowerShell, PowerApps) is desirable.
