Project Manager (Inside IR35) | Great London | Local Council 

  • Contract Duration: 12 month
  • Day Rate: £500
  • Location: Flexible (2/3 days per week on-site) // Great London

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a new operating model through comprehensive cross-functional service review, redesign, and rollout workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination across teams.
  • Effectively communicate ideas, insights, and complex technical concepts to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to varying scopes and requirements.
  • Engage with highly collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in local government and/or public services is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, flow accounting, and cost-to-serve models (desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
