Project Manager - Central Manchester - £55,000The Company:Here at Lorien we're working in close partnership with an organisation operating in the sports industry. With a growing list of platform improvements, we need an experienced Project Manager to join the business on a full-time basis.The Role:Working closely with the Project Director and Head of Platform, your role will be to manage the smooth delivery of projects across the data team. As my client embark on a period of change, we need someone who has previous experience working within Cloud and DevOps projects, understanding the general terminology and setup of these teams.It's an excellent opportunity for someone to join a real growth area for the business, with ambition to become a true data-driven organisation, creating the foundations for the introduction of AI.The Skill Requirements:The successful candidate will have a blend of the following:
- Proven background in Project Management and responsibility for Planning, Management and Governance of the overall data projects roadmap
- Familiarity managing cloud based projects would be helpful (AWS)
- Good use of data metrics to track SLAs and other key performance indicators within a project
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders
