?? Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure users can access the network and run business-critical applications effectively

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops - installations, updates, connectivity

  • Provide support with mobile device configuration, including authenticator apps and business applications

  • Support across Windows applications, particularly Office 365

  • Liaise with third-party support partners to help diagnose and resolve issues related to:

    • Networks

    • Microsoft Azure

  • Monitor cybersecurity configurations, maintain controls, and flag alerts as needed

  • Log, manage, and resolve issues using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

  • Collaborate closely with the IT Programme Lead and support key IT infrastructure and integration projects with international teams
