?? Your Day-to-Day:
  • Provide end-user support across hardware, software, servers, and networks

  • Raise and manage support tickets with third-party IT partners for more complex technical fixes, ensuring follow-up and resolution

  • Collaborate with 3rd parties and internal teams to ensure seamless tech support for c.150 employees on-site in South Manchester

  • Get hands-on experience supporting cybersecurity, data systems, and ongoing integration projects with the US parent business

  • Assist the IT Programme Lead in day-to-day operations and longer-term systems improvement
