- Using Acturis to manage policies, process renewals, and handle mid-term adjustments.
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- (If experienced) Leading a small, close-knit team of 5 Account Handlers.
- Supporting business growth as we work towards our target of £30 million GWP.
- Commercial insurance experience, ideally across multiple lines.
- Strong organisational skills and a confident communication style.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment.
- Experience using Acturis is desirable.
- Leadership skills (if applying for the team leader level).
