Job Summary

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a professional services organisation in central Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist/Global Payroll Specialist to join their team. Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for both UK and International Payrolls.

This would be a perfect role for a strong Payroll specialist who has international Payroll experience OR someone who has an interest in gaining international/global payroll experience.

Key Duties/Tasks:

  • End to end payroll - UK
  • Manual calculations
  • Communicating payroll legislation
  • Working with international outsource payroll providers for multiple regions
  • Key regions: Germany,France,Ireland
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Stakeholder and employee relations
  • Complex query resolution

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Experienced payroll specialist
  • Excellent communicator
  • International Payroll knowledge and experience desirable
  • Vlookups - need strong Excel
  • High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Reports, checking cross referencing
  • Strong legislation knowledge
  • Workday knowledge desirable
