We鈥檙e looking for an experienced Facilities Team Leader to take charge of day-to-day facilities operations across two modern, professional offices in Manchester and Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated team, ensure high standards of service delivery, and play a key role in supporting a collaborative and high-performing workplace.

This role is working 4 days a week in Manchester office, and 1 day per week in the Leeds office (travel expenses covered)

The Role
You鈥檒l oversee all aspects of facilities management, including health & safety compliance, team leadership, and coordination of in-house and outsourced services. The role involves managing resources effectively, driving service excellence, and acting as the first point of contact for facilities matters. Regular travel to the Leeds office will be required.

The Person
We鈥檙e seeking a confident and proactive leader with:

  • Strong facilities management experience in a multi-site or professional services environment
  • Excellent and people management skills
  • Sound understanding of health & safety procedures (IOSH qualification desirable)
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets, and refurbishment or office move projects

You鈥檒l be solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and able to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
