You've cut your teeth on SME clients.Now you're ready for something a bit bigger.
This role gives you the chance to work alongside three highly experienced Account Executives who look after a mix of niche-sector clients and household-name corporates. You won't be managing your own book, but you'll be right at the centre of things - supporting the Execs and keeping the wheels turning on some seriously impressive accounts.
The role's come up because one of the team is heading off on maternity leave, so you'll be stepping into a busy desk where you'll be trusted from day one. Expect to get involved in renewals, MTAs, preparing reports, adding clients onto Acturis, chasing quotes and generally making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
The team itself? Collaborative, knowledgeable, and the kind of people you'll actually learn from. It's a chance to sharpen your technical skills, get exposure to bigger risks, and build confidence in a supportive setup.
You'll already have some commercial broking experience under your belt - probably from handling SMEs - and be comfortable with the core lines like property, liability and motor. Acturis experience is handy, but not essential.
In return, you'll get up to £32,000 salary, hybrid working with just two days in the Manchester office, 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, Cert CII support, and a front-row seat with a high-performing team.
