The Claims Handler will:
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Injuryclaims from receipt to conclusion.
- Negotiate settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party representatives.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and refer them promptly.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, ensuring accurate file reservations.
- Assess basic liability decisions and manage customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
