What You'll Be Doing
- Underwriting new commercial property business across a wide range of sectors and clients.
- Developing strong broker relationships to drive pipeline growth.
- Evaluating and pricing risks in line with appetite and underwriting authority.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Contributing to strategic decisions and regional growth planning.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience underwriting UK commercial property risks - new business focus is a plus.
- A commercially-minded professional who enjoys building relationships and making deals happen.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- ACII qualified or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
