Chroma is working with a nationally recognised leader in bespoke furniture, who are searching for aCAD Integration Engineerto join their ever-growing team.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in developing and managing parametric libraries within SolidWorks or similar platforms. The successful candidate will also support or lead a potential migration to iMos, involving data structure alignment, workflow integration, and user training. Experience with XML and configuration data is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with SolidWorks, particularly in creating custom libraries and parametric models.
  • Familiarity with iMos or similar CAD systems used in furniture or interior design.
  • Solid understanding of CAD/CAM workflows in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven ability to translate and adapt CAD data across platforms.
  • Proficiency with XML for configuration and data import/export.
  • In-depth knowledge of parametric modelling and design automation.
  • Desirable: Understanding of furniture manufacturing or cabinetry systems.
