We currently have a vacancy for a Property Consultant (Sales & Lettings) in our Manchester city centre office.

Property Consultant - What youll be doing:
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email
- Conducting viewings for sales and lettings
- Register clients details on our CRM system
- Assessing clients specific needs by being an excellent listener
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties
- Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary
- Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties
- Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance
- Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances
- Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks
- Social media posting
Property Consultant - Skills Needed:
- Strong Organizational skills
- Career focused with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding people skills
- Impeccable customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Property Consultant - Must Have
- Driving Licence
- Access to own vehicle
