A specialised lender that provides swift, competitive bridging loans, based near Manchester, requires an Experienced Hybrid Case Manager join its vibrant and successful team

It is growing swiftly so is seeking to recruit a Case Manager to come and join its friendly and motivated team.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum 2-years relevant experience within finance. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent remuneration package.

Case Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
  • Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission
  • Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
  • Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations
  • Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors,
  • Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process
  • Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the finance sector

Case Manager Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to structure transactions based upon market sector, asset, and security.
