Your new company A not-for-profitorganisation based in Manchester is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFinance Adviser to join their collaborative finance team. This organisationplays a vital role in public service and offers a supportive workingenvironment with a strong emphasis on values, integrity, and continuousimprovement.Your new roleAs Finance Adviser,you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of fees andexpenses, preparing BACS payment files, and completing month and year-endreports and reconciliations. You'll handle routine financial queriesprofessionally and support other finance teams during peak periods. You'll alsoensure compliance with financial regulations and safeguarding policies,contributing to the organisation's mission with diligence and care.What you'll need to succeedTo besuccessful in this role, you will need:

  • AATqualification or equivalent
  • Experiencedealing with payments
  • Experience ofproviding excellent customer service including demonstrating an ability to dealwith a wide range of colleagues
  • AdvancedExcel skills including formulas, VLookups, and conditional formatting.
  • Proficiencyin Word and Outlook.
  • Strongorganisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
