Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on a long-term residential project. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of the works, ensuring clear communication, support, and minimal disruption. This is a site-based role, requiring frequent engagement with residents, contractors, and project management teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Resident or Tenant Liaison Officer on residential projects.
  • Knowledge of cladding, faades, or fire remediation works.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage resident queries and complaints.
  • Organised, with experience in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site and liaise with residents and project teams.
  • Understanding of health & safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project.
  • Provide regular updates on works, schedules, and any disruptions.
  • Coordinate access for contractors to properties and communal areas.
  • Handle resident queries and complaints, escalating when needed.
  • Support vulnerable residents and address welfare concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and resolutions.
  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Promote health & safety compliance for residents and workers on-site.
