Rate of Pay:£13 per hour
Contract Length:Initial 3 months (Potential for permanent opportunity based on performance)

Are you an experienced Ride-on Mower Operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety? We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team in maintaining highway verges and open spaces to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aride-on mower(Toro LTF3000 or Ransomes MP493) to ensure neat and professional grass-cutting.

• Perform pre-operation checks via theCheck Safe appto ensure machinery is in good condition.

• Adhere to allsafety regulations and PPE requirementswhile operating machinery.

• Adjust cutting height and speed to suitvarious terrains and weather conditions.

• Conductbasic maintenanceon machinery, such as cleaning and lubrication.

• Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

• Maintainaccurate recordsof work completed, including areas mowed and time spent.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Driving Licence.

• Lantra certificationorat least one year of experienceoperating ride-on mowers.

• Ability to workindependentlywhile following instructions.

• Astrong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

• Physical staminato work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
