The Role

As a Town Planner, you'll work across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, and regeneration projects-ranging from small schemes to large, high-profile developments. You'll be involved in:

  • Preparing and managing planning applications

  • Conducting research and providing sound policy advice

  • Supporting senior colleagues with appeals and strategic planning work

  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities

  • Contributing to high-quality planning statements and reports

You'll join a friendly and knowledgeable team that values initiative, clear communication, and creative thinking.



About You

To be considered, you should have:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

  • Ideally MRTPI status (or currently working towards it)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, organised approach and genuine passion for planning

  • Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential
