We are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist in Manchester!

Conrad Consulting, in collaboration with a prestigious national design studio, is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to contribute to the expansion of a regional office in Central Manchester.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting projects and will play a pivotal role in the growth of the Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Producing high-quality drawings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Leading complex design projects.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Managing key client relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues across both offices.
- Working closely with internal design teams and external suppliers.
- Utilising REVIT and AutoCAD to produce detailed work.

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
- Minimum of 2 years of practice-based experience in a similar role.
- Full proficiency in both REVIT and AutoCAD software.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of current UK planning and building regulation procedures.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from 28,000 - 35,000. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive environment led by an experienced senior team, offering ample opportunities for progression.
