About the Opportunity
An established, design-led architectural practice based in central Manchester is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad variety of exciting healthcare projects, spanning both refurbishment and new-build work.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring full compliance with client briefs, statutory requirements, and industry standards
- Contribute to site delivery, providing technical input, resolving construction issues, and supporting contractors and consultants
- Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to develop robust, practical, and innovative technical solutions
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an Architectural or multi-disciplined design environment.
- Previous experience of healthcare projects would be an advantage but is not essential
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach
- Sound knowledge of building regulations, standards, and technical compliance requirements
Software Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous
