About the Opportunity

An established, design-led architectural practice based in central Manchester is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad variety of exciting healthcare projects, spanning both refurbishment and new-build work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technologist who is passionate about precision, technical excellence, and collaborative working, and who wants to play a key role in shaping high-quality healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring full compliance with client briefs, statutory requirements, and industry standards
  • Contribute to site delivery, providing technical input, resolving construction issues, and supporting contractors and consultants
  • Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to develop robust, practical, and innovative technical solutions
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information

General Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within an Architectural or multi-disciplined design environment.
  • Previous experience of healthcare projects would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Sound knowledge of building regulations, standards, and technical compliance requirements

Software Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous
