This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide architectural and planning services to a range of projects across the North West. They are on the lookout for a job running Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Manchester.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree in architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong experience working on RIBA work stage 4
- Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Job running experience
- Strong design and drawing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
