We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a multi-award winning architectural practice with over 50 years of heritage and a reputation for pushing boundaries in transformative design.

Our client is a well-established firm that has previously been ranked among the UK's top 100 architectural practices. They have a strong track record of reimagining and rejuvenating diverse building types, from historic renovations to contemporary educational facilities.

The practice has delivered numerous award-winning projects across the heritage, cultural, and education sectors, with particular expertise in transforming existing buildings into inspiring contemporary spaces.
Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • Strong technical design and detailing expertise
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Experience working on projects from design stages through to completion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Working on heritage buildings, educational facilities, and cultural projects
  • Coordinating with consultants and ensuring technical compliance
  • Supporting the delivery of complex refurbishment and new-build projects
  • Collaborating within an experienced and creative design team on award-winning schemes
