Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000
Location: Manchester
We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a multi-award winning architectural practice with over 50 years of heritage and a reputation for pushing boundaries in transformative design.
Our client is a well-established firm that has previously been ranked among the UK's top 100 architectural practices. They have a strong track record of reimagining and rejuvenating diverse building types, from historic renovations to contemporary educational facilities.
The practice has delivered numerous award-winning projects across the heritage, cultural, and education sectors, with particular expertise in transforming existing buildings into inspiring contemporary spaces.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical design and detailing expertise
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
- Experience working on projects from design stages through to completion
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Working on heritage buildings, educational facilities, and cultural projects
- Coordinating with consultants and ensuring technical compliance
- Supporting the delivery of complex refurbishment and new-build projects
- Collaborating within an experienced and creative design team on award-winning schemes
