Our client, a highly regarded law firm with multiple award wins, is on the lookout for a Client Services Executive to join their busy and collaborative Client Services team. Whether you're a law graduate looking to gain experience in a legal environment or an experienced customer service professional eager to apply your skills in a new sector, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

The Role

The Client Services team forms a crucial bridge between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.
  • Gather and record client details accurately using case management software.
  • Liaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.
  • Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.
  • Adapt to changing team and business priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the legal sector or a similar client-focused role.
  • Knowledge of Proclaim or similar case management systems (training provided).
