This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who is looking to work directly with high-growth businesses, fast-moving commercial clients, and dynamic internal teams across a range of sectors.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, business-focused legal environment, where client interaction is encouraged and autonomy is the norm.The Role:

  • You will be involved in a broad range of high-quality commercial work, including:
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as supply and service contracts, distribution and agency agreements, NDAs, T&Cs, and consultancy arrangements
  • Supporting clients on commercial and contractual risk, intellectual property, data protection and technology matters
  • Working closely with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, in-house teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Advising across various sectors including manufacturing, retail, tech, and professional services
  • Contributing to ongoing client relationship development and business growth initiatives

About You:

  • 3+ years PQE with a strong grounding in commercial contracts
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience advising businesses on contract risk, compliance, and commercial strategy
  • Comfortable dealing with clients directly and managing your own caseload
  • A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach
  • Knowledge of data protection and/or intellectual property is advantageous but not essential
