- You will be involved in a broad range of high-quality commercial work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as supply and service contracts, distribution and agency agreements, NDAs, T&Cs, and consultancy arrangements
- Supporting clients on commercial and contractual risk, intellectual property, data protection and technology matters
- Working closely with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, in-house teams, and senior stakeholders
- Advising across various sectors including manufacturing, retail, tech, and professional services
- Contributing to ongoing client relationship development and business growth initiatives
About You:
- 3+ years PQE with a strong grounding in commercial contracts
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience advising businesses on contract risk, compliance, and commercial strategy
- Comfortable dealing with clients directly and managing your own caseload
- A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach
- Knowledge of data protection and/or intellectual property is advantageous but not essential
