They offer high-quality work, direct client contact, and a healthy work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements (typically 2-3 days in the office).The Role

  • You'll be working on a broad range of commercial contracts matters, advising a diverse client base that spans sectors including tech, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and owner-managed businesses.
  • The work is varied and engaging - you'll be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of agreements including:
  • Terms & conditions of business
  • Supply and distribution agreements
  • Agency and franchise agreements
  • SaaS and technology contracts
  • Service level agreements and consultancy terms
  • NDAs and confidentiality agreements
  • You'll be encouraged to take ownership of client relationships and will work closely with partners who are approachable, down-to-earth, and highly respected in their fields.

What They're Looking For

  • 3+ years' PQE in commercial contracts work (England & Wales qualified)
  • Confident drafting and negotiating a range of B2B contracts
  • Able to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, often owner-managed businesses
  • A team player with a commercial mindset and great communication skills
  • Previous experience in tech/startup sectors would be a bonus, but not essential
