  • You'll work alongside experienced partners and lead on a wide variety of matters including:
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements (B2B, supply of goods/services, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing)
  • Advising on data protection and privacy compliance (including GDPR impact assessments and risk reviews)
  • Handling IP matters such as brand protection, licensing, and exploitation of IP rights
  • Supporting corporate transactions from a commercial and tech/IP standpoint
  • Advising innovative tech clients, including start-ups, scale-ups, and established digital businesses
  • This is a client-facing role where your commercial acumen and ability to build long-term relationships will be key. The team is vibrant, ambitious, and close-knit, offering strong peer support as well as autonomy and responsibility from day one.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 years' PQE with solid experience in commercial contracts, tech, and/or IP
  • Strong understanding of data protection regulations and commercial risk
  • Comfortable leading on deals and managing client relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Interest in working with high-growth businesses and emerging technologies
  • Previous in-house experience or secondments are a plus, but not essential
