Your role as Commercial Property Solicitor:Reporting directly to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a thriving team. This position offers exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload of complex commercial property transactions, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise and leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lease arrangements, and disputes
  • Managing funding arrangements and preparing auction contracts to tight deadlines
  • Identifying legal risks and ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Liaising with other departments including corporate, real estate, and finance for integrated service delivery
  • Building long-term client relationships through quality advice and communication
  • Leading by example, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to a well-structured, efficient team
We’re looking for a confident and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor with:
