I'm currently working with one of the North West’s leading commercial property teams to help them find an ambitious and personable Associate or Senior Associate (4 PQE+) to join their growing Commercial Real Estate department in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident running transactions, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to be part of a team that is genuinely on the up. You won’t be boxed into narrow, process-heavy work for institutional clients. Instead, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of high-quality matters across a diverse and loyal client base.

The partners have clear ambitions to grow a standout Commercial Property team within the wider department and are looking for someone who shares their vision. You’ll be given real responsibility, the freedom to shape your own development and plenty of support both with your day-to-day work and with business development.

• Around 5+ years’ PQE in mainstream Commercial Real Estate
• Someone who’s confident managing transactions and enjoys client contact
• A commercially minded lawyer who is proactive about business development
• A team player with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
