Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor - Salford Our client is a well-established high-street law firm with an excellent reputation for client care and professional service. Based in Salford, the firm offers a welcoming office in a desirable location with great transport links, local amenities, and a supportive working culture. The Role The firm is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their career in a friendly and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a range of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters
  • Conducting title checks, searches, and preparing reports on title
  • Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  • Maintaining accurate case management and records
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative mindset
