- Managing a range of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Conducting title checks, searches, and preparing reports on title
- Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Maintaining accurate case management and records
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
