An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to join a well-established, forward-looking property law practice based in Manchester. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent client service while supporting our teams with the right tools, systems and culture to succeed.

We are looking for a people-focused leader with a strong background in conveyancing who can motivate, guide and develop a team of lawyers. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping performance, driving quality, and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of property lawyers
  • Provide clear leadership, coaching and guidance to build skills and confidence
  • Monitor service delivery, compliance and turnaround times to maintain high standards
  • Carry out regular one-to-ones, feedback sessions and team meetings
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to implement improvements and achieve business objectives
  • Handle escalated matters effectively, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally

About You

  • Solid experience in residential conveyancing, with strong technical knowledge
  • Previous success in leading, supervising or managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence in others
  • A proactive approach with the drive to maintain and improve performance
  • Passionate about developing people and supporting career growth
