This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions.
Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer at the firm, you will manage a diverse caseload of up to 70 more complex commercial and residential property matters from inception to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Lease renewals, extensions, and assignments
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property development projects
- Shared Ownership matters
- Boundary Disputes
- Title Defects
- CPOs
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ PQE in conveyancing
- Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law and land registration
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
- Local to Manchester and Surrounding areas
