Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the firm’s development, and progress your career within a forward-thinking and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing

  • Manage complex and high-value transactions, including acquisitions, sales, refinancing, and developments

  • Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to property law

  • Handle distressed sales, including transactions led by insolvency practitioners and receivers (preferred but not essential)

  • Work closely with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure timely and smooth completions

  • Liaise with internal departments to provide well-rounded legal solutions

  • Stay current with property law developments and regulatory changes

  • Deliver excellent client service and contribute to the firm’s strong reputation

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+ applications welcomed)

  • Experience in conveyancing law with a solid understanding of residential and commercial property matters

  • Experience with distressed or insolvency-related property transactions is advantageous

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Confidence in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision

  • Client-focused, commercially aware, and a strong team player

  • Desire to develop professionally within a growing firm
