Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the firm’s development, and progress your career within a forward-thinking and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
Advise clients on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing

Manage complex and high-value transactions, including acquisitions, sales, refinancing, and developments

Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to property law

Handle distressed sales, including transactions led by insolvency practitioners and receivers (preferred but not essential)

Work closely with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure timely and smooth completions

Liaise with internal departments to provide well-rounded legal solutions

Stay current with property law developments and regulatory changes

Deliver excellent client service and contribute to the firm’s strong reputation

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+ applications welcomed)

Experience in conveyancing law with a solid understanding of residential and commercial property matters

Experience with distressed or insolvency-related property transactions is advantageous

Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Confidence in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
