Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and submitting Court of Protection applications
- Advising on property and affairs deputyships, statutory Wills and gifting
- Preparing complex legal documents such as briefs and witness statements
- Leading client meetings and negotiations with professionalism
- Delegating tasks to paralegals and support staff to ensure efficiency

What We’re Looking For:? Solid experience in Court of Protection matters with a proven track record? Comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005?
