I am currently working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Debt Recovery Lawyer to join its litigation team in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad caseload of commercial and consumer debt recovery matters, working with clients ranging from SMEs to large national businesses. The role involves end-to-end case management, including pre-litigation advice, court proceedings, and enforcement.

Key details:

  • Position suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal (minimum 5 years’ experience in debt recovery)
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes, enforcement options, and insolvency procedures is essential
