Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded defendant firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for defendant EL/PL lawyers to join either their Manchester or Liverpool office. Your new roleThis defendant EL/PL lawyer position will see you responsible for:

  • Managing your own caseload of multi-track defendant EL/PL claims.
  • Working on a non-delegated authority basis.
  • Liaising with a range of insurer clients.
  • Progressing files in a timely manner.
  • Handling matters in accordance with client SLA's.
  • Reviewing evidence, conducting investigations and dealing with disclosure.

What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have litigated defendant EL/PL experience. Multi-track experience is preferable. Excellent advocacy and communication skills are required.
