The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. You'll take ownership of your caseload while working closely with colleagues across the firm on complex, high-value issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
- Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies
- Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements
- Supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters
- Playing a role in client development and firm growth
What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical expertise and the confidence to work independently
- Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious and team-oriented, with an interest in contributing to business development
