The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. You'll take ownership of your caseload while working closely with colleagues across the firm on complex, high-value issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
  • Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies
  • Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements
  • Supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters
  • Playing a role in client development and firm growth

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Employment Law
  • Strong technical expertise and the confidence to work independently
  • Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
