We are excited to be representing a fantastic and growing Insurance Law Firm looking to hire an Employment Solicitor, to be based in their Manchester Office. Our client is open to NQ-3 years PQE Employment Lawyers or Senior Employment Paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Senior Solicitors on large client matters whilst managing your own client cases.
  • Working on non-contentious employment matters including reviewing employment legal documents, presenting courses on employment law and day to day HR issues.
  • Conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of their clients
  • Working closely with other departments

Qualifications:

  • England and Wales Qualified Employment Lawyer (NQ-3 years PQE) or a Senior Paralegal with employment law experience
  • Ability to work on own employment matters
  • An Interpersonal individual
