We are excited to be representing a fantastic and growing Insurance Law Firm looking to hire an Employment Solicitor, to be based in their Manchester Office. Our client is open to NQ-3 years PQE Employment Lawyers or Senior Employment Paralegals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior Solicitors on large client matters whilst managing your own client cases.
- Working on non-contentious employment matters including reviewing employment legal documents, presenting courses on employment law and day to day HR issues.
- Conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of their clients
- Working closely with other departments
Qualifications:
- England and Wales Qualified Employment Lawyer (NQ-3 years PQE) or a Senior Paralegal with employment law experience
- Ability to work on own employment matters
- An Interpersonal individual
